Terms and Conditions

A.A.U.I.F. principle objective is accreditation services.  Any member services are ancillary to membership, voluntary, and are not included as a part of the principle membership.  A.A.U.I.F. reserves all rights to any creation or cancellation of any and all association memberships at any time and for any reason.  Due to the infancy of our industry, guidelines and protocols may be updated at any time and each member will be notified.  All necessary A.A.U.I.F. compliance documents must be on file at the AAUIF head office and subject to approval.  Any and all changes adversely effecting guidelines and protocols within your facility must be reported immediately to corporate offices in writing and will subject for review.  Your facility must possess A.A.U.I.F. approval certification at the facility.  Each accreditation membership represents one physical location.  Facilities with multiple locations must register for each physical location.  Facilities attempting to use one accreditation membership for multiple locations will be subject to a $600 fine per incident/unauthorized facility or will be discharged from the association.  Only members in good standing deemed by the association will be allowed to use marks for the time associated with their accreditation/membership.  Any members no longer in good standing agrees to promptly cease all uses of the mark.  Failure to do so would result in necessary legal actions for which facility owner agrees to pay all AAUIF court and legal fees associated with any/all legal actions.  All membership fees are non-refundable. A.A.U.I.F. is a registered trademark.
